HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, you seems to have multiple complaints and let me explain it one after another, 1) Dizzy feel could be due to orthostatic hypotension, it is common symptom if you stand up suddenly, it is not the disease condition and nothing to worry about this but take care while you standing up, do not stand up abruptly 2) for the reflex acid disease it can b well managed with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) try to avoid the spicy food 3) If you are taking in the sense of hydrocephalus then it may not be there right now so forget about this, of course you must be having headache but not the hydrocephalus, 4) Migraine and flashes is the functional kind of disease, over all and more or less it is the functional elements playing the role in other symptoms so try to come out of this, stop worrying hope this information helps.
