What Causes Shoulder Pain?

I was dropped accidentally on cement and landed on my right shoulder and right butt-kind of on the side. The pain is bad and constant and really hurts the more I stand just on my right leg. Since I ve received cortizone shots in my shoulder...cakcific tendinitis - I think this pain is as a result of same injury but no one seems to know which muscle, tendons etc are causing the pain. Help! Thank you

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, your recent shoulder pain could be due to fall, continue analgesics for a period of 7 days and if you still have pain then consult your ortho doctor who applied the injection.
I hope I have been able to provide you with a satisfactory solution, if you want to clear any doubts about my opinion, feel free to contact.
Special note- Any medication prescribed needs to be taken after consultation with your personal doctor only.
Thanks
