Hi welcome to HCM.
In case of recurrent episodes of chest pain with arm radiation, and normal ecg ,i advise you to have a cardiac biomarkers study to detect the presence of any ongoing heart attack process. These markers are released into the circulation following the cardiac muscle injury. These can be detected as early as 24 hours after infarct/heart attack.Testing for Troponin T and I will help.A baseline 2 dimensional echo will help to assess any wall motion abnormalities associated with heart attacks.Drugs like antiplatelets will help to prevent such attacks.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
