I am a 41 year old female in good health. 1 week ago i went into a urgent clinic with shoulder pain, heaviness in the chest, a fluttering feeling in the chest and nausea. I had a spontaneous pneumothorax when I was 19. During this doctor visit 1 week ago they took my blood pressure, oxygen levels and performed an EKG. All normal and thus ruled out a heart condition. It was determined that I was experiencing a possible small collapse and sent home. I did not get an X-ray. Since then I have had a variety of symptoms that come and go. I actually felt better for a day and then started with more symptoms. My symptoms now are pain in the back, neck and shoulder. Nausea and diarrhea, chest heaviness and fluttering of the heart, tingling hands and arms, stomach pain, and lots of gas. Should I go back in to see a doctor?
