Sir,my name is Hibu byai-and I have problem with my nose,I can breath easily... There is some problem . it s makes me trouble when I want to talk...because I can t breath easily with my nose.... But I can breath with my mouth easily... Sir can you please give me some suggestion !

You have difficulty in breathing through the nose but not through the mouth. This indicates that there is a problem with the nose.
This can be diagnosed by ENT Endoscopy and CT scan of the sinuses. This will us the diagnosis and proper plan for treatment.
If there is mechanical obstruction a properly done surgery will cure your problems.
