What Causes Shortness Of Breath While On Isoniazid?

Have been taking isoniazid for approx; 3 months I have gradually and now quickly got worse on that I get dry short of breath after the slightest physical movement and my strength will not allow me to barely climb the stairs.... Previously to starting this med I had developed arthritis and I do have heart des ease. Thank you

you should consult pulmonologist.single drug therapy in tuberculosis is not recomanded. can go for dot having combination of rifampicin and ethambutolwith isoniazid there can be peripheral neuritis. so you can avoid inh and take pass.consult TB specialist.
