What Causes Shortness Of Breath Post Eptopic Pregnancy?
why am I so short of breath after a eptopic pregnancy removal that started off lut nded up being open as well as some artery was bleeding that I was told had spurt blood when I was opened? I have been told this artery holds the abdomen wall together so now I have lots of pain and shortness of breath now.. I am a 40 yr female with history of ovarian cysts and,migraines.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion ruptured ectopic pregnancy causes loss of lots of blood usually.This loss might have made you anaemic.And the anaemia might be the cause for shortness of breath.There's nothing that a major blood vessel which holds up the whole of the abdomen has ruptured.Dont worry.I suggest you to consult doctor and get Hb done to rule out anaemia.If it is present take medication to improve the Hb %.
