What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Chest Feels Bruised, Increase In Heart Rate?

Hello. I'm a 29 yr old female. I have had numerous medical problems my whole life but my heart has always been fine. About 2 weeks ago I experienced what felt like a heart attack. This attack happened 4 times. I went to my go and he took my vitals and did an ekg. Everything looked fine so he gave me some kolonopin and told me to see if it help the attacks. Maybe it was just stress. A day later my heart rate increased drastically, my np went up, I got light headed, and felt extremely tired. My chest feels very bruised and there is now a punching sensation directly in the middle if my chest. My heart rate hasn't gotten below 105 but stays closer to 120 all dat. Literally all day. My husband says my heart rate is in the 99s when I sleep and he says thatbi don't breath right. I am very short of breath during the day as well.
