General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

Your symptoms make me think you suffer from Diffuse Panbronchiolitis(lung inflammation).
This is a hypersensitive disease and it is appeared when the immune system is low.
Diffuse Panbroncholitis is caused by bacterial or viral infections.

However to be sure for the diagnosis I recommend you:
1- Pulmonary Ct-scan.
2- Complete blood count.
3- Urine test.
4- Lung function test.

To treat this disease, I recommend macrolide antibiotics, expectorant medicines, anti-allergic medicines and pain killers.

You should consult your pulmonologist.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
