What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Headache When Breathing Fast?
Hi, I have an anxiety over1,5 years, now i feel like i am having shortness of breath and i thought that i can not getting enough air and also breathing fastly makes headaches , is it normal or a sign of something? I afraid from The headaches . Thanks

Unfortunately all your symptoms are related to your anxiety disorder
In my opinion you should be treated with a combination of medicaments like anti inflammatory and anxiolytics ( ibuprofen and alprazolam, and paroxetine)
