I went running for about 30min -- very hot. About an hour later i had a few glasses of wine with neighbors -- got into a cool swimming pool (not cold -- but not warm). after a few minutes began shivering badly -- other people in the pool were fine -- it was just me

Shivering is bodies reaction for what u did . First u walk in hot weather then u suddenly go to the cold water n again u come in hot temperature so I think you don't have to worry but if you feel something wrong then visit your doctor.
