What Causes Sharp Upper Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Gastric Bypass?

I have needle like pain in my stomach but mostly upper left side in the last few days I had black stools then diarrhea then green stool then gray now black again I have had a gastric bypass 4 year ago with 2 blocked bowls 1 mesh then a 2 mesh Sergey and gallbladder remove I think it was I m also on 14 meds and just spent 5 days in the hospital for nerves breakdown please help me

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
