Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Costochondritis. As you have taken an ECG a cardiac problem is most unlikely.A chest X ray also should be taken to rule out any other pathology. For Costochondritis i treat my patients with anti inflammatory gels of Nimusulide or Diclofenac for local application.I also advise same drug for oral intake if pain is more.If not relieving by this then i recommend local injection of Corticosteroids or anesthetics.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
