What Causes Sharp Pain On The Right Side Of The Back?

I have sharp twisting pain right side of back, level with armpit, pain shoots down my right arm even while not moving it. Feels like someone pulling my arm. Started a few days ago, feel weakness in hand and elbow. Did not do anything out of ordinary to pull a muscle .

it appears to be frozen shoulder right side. physiotherapy is recomanded and if there is no improvement the inj kenachort intra thecaly is to be given and repeated after 15days.
