What Causes Sharp Pain In The Upper Stomach, Night Sweats And Diarrhea?

have had sharp pain in upper stomach, or diaphragm area, as high as you can go before sternum. Began 24 hours ago. Still have pain. Had night sweats as well. Only bowel movement today was loose, diaria. Have not eaten or drunk anything all day. Am 31 year old female.

Pain in the uppermost area of abdomen along with loose stools, night sweats can be due to intestinal infection, hence I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of stool and blood for tests.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor and examination.
Get started on a proper antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, activated charcoal tables.
Proper hydration and electrolyte balance is very important.
Fresh home made food and boiled and cooled water.
