What Causes Sharp Pain In The Testicles?
I get a serious sharp pain and sometimes a cramp in my testicles and perineum, for 4-5seconds.
Especially before passing a stool or gas, when i masturbate, the pain dissappears for a few days. I masturbate very rarely. What could i do to prevent this pain?

As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety. You should write your age.
You should get examined by an Urologist and do the following tests:
1. urine routine.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,SGPT,and platelets.
3. Ultrasound-KUB,with a scrotal doppler scan.
You could be having an inflammation in the testis or the prostate.
