What Causes Sharp Pain In The Penis While Urinating?
Hi Dr, I have a question about little pin pricks in the shaft of the penis right before the head when i urinate. This doesn t happen all the time and when it does happen it may happen 2 times a day and then goes away. Recently I also noticed one day my urine was cloudy and not clear. The urine was still yellow but with a cloudy look rather then be able to see through it perfectly. This hasn t happened again in at least a couple of months now. Pretty much everyday it doesn t hurt to urinate which puzzles me about what it could be. Also it hasn t happened in at least a year but sometimes a drop of blood mixed with urine would leak out of my penis normally while taking a poop. I don t know if this helps or is enough information but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

1)Your age
2)Any history of unprotected sex with unknown woman
3) Did you have history of passing pus per urethra.
The symptoms that you have are suggestive of inflammation of urethra (Urethritis ) .
Take antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinaty antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily for a 2 weeks .
If symptoms persists consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get endoscopic examination of urethral passage and bladder done (Cystourethroscopy) to confirm the diagnosis.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
