hi thanks for choosing hcm i understand your concern i want to tell you that you may have your muscles in spasm due to which your sciatic nerve is being compressed as a result you are having pain in your back i think your lumbar spine xray would have shown this part clearly but still it is safe that you go for painkiller like diclofenac sodium twice a day and a muscle relaxant like tizanidine 2-4mg twice a day so that the pains are treated and you are able to go to work as soon as possible. You can have your ultrasound done if you are having blood in your urine which is a symptom of kidney contusion. in case of rib contusion the pain is in chest area(front and back) especially when breathing. so try to take medicine. you can also apply diclofenac gel on the area which is painful to get rid of pain quickly.
