I have a sharp pain in my lower back that feels to me to be nerve. The pain is only on my left side, and I can fell it going down the back of my leg. This isn t the first time this has happened and it only happens every so often. There is no motion that I do to trigger it, it just happens without warning. Also most of the mussels in my back on my left side tense up and makes it hard to walk and do normal activity.
Hello, The symptoms you are experiencing is called sciatica. It is possible you could have back problems compressing your nerve. You would need an X ray of your lower back. Maybe an MRI if needed. For relief of your symptoms you will need medications like pregabalin. Thank you
