I have a cold and spent the last two days blowing my nose a lot and sniffing. Since last night I ve had sharp pain in my lower right abdomen just under my ribcage. I m hoping it s not an ulcer. I m acrossing seas currently in London and have travel insurance but would rather see if it s something I can deal with at home before searching for a hospital or doctor.
