HI,
I understand your concern.
Though such pain in beginning of sex life is possible,The symptoms you point to seem to be due to stress of sex exerted on infected genital organs of your girl friend.
She needs an internal check up by a gynecologist & few investigations ( like vaginal swab test) if needful- followed by specific treatment as per need. Many a times such treatment is advised to both sex partners.
Maintenance of good genital hygiene by both partners & avoiding sex is
advisable till the cure.
Thanks.
