What Causes Sharp Pain In The Groin Area After Exercising?

I was running in the gym for 3 miles everyday, all of a sudden I started having pain on the sides of my private parts, sharp pain on each side the groin area. now if I lift anything heavy it hurts for days in the groin area. I had a ct scan, they found nothing, no hernia, I had an mri and found a hip labral tear on both sides. but my orthopedic doctor says that the pain is coming from somewhere else not the labral tear of the hips. He doesn t know whats causing it. can you help me, do patients with hip labral tear have a hard time lifting any heavy stuff for ex: groceries, does it hurt for two three days after in the groin area.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm is very likely and this can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, have some rest for some days, physiotherapy may be needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
