What Causes Sharp Pain In Rectum Radiating To The Abdomen?
Last night I was experiencing pain which felt like a sharp pain in my rectum much like what I thought was a spasms it felt like the pain traveled up to my vagina lower back and it felt like also in the belly button area I was lying down at thetime the pain made me get up and all i could do was stand in one spot I had to ride the pain out which lasted like 10 mins or longer I am a female 29 over weight never had children I do have a partner and my periods are regular

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom may be due to rectal tenesmus, in my opinion just wait for some time, condition would be fine, because anxiety may be the cause of this, else this may need several investigation to reach up to the diagnosis if the symptoms persist, hope this information helps, take care.
