What Causes Sharp Pain In Pectoral Muscle With Joints Pain?
I am experiencing a sharp stabbing pain in my left pectoral muscle just under the skin when I move in a certain way (like bending over to tie my shoes)or take a very deep breath. In addition, I seem to have a large amount of gas that exacerbates the problem. Lastly, I have been having shoulder joint pain that seems to be associated with this.

It may take a week time to relief. However you can get his chest x ray done to exclude bony pain.
