What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen With Dizziness And Sweating?
began with what felt like a small sharp pain in my lower belly the progressed very fast (matter of minutes) became kind of dizzy hot and dripping sweat. Used the #2 but felt like i could vomit, took my clothes off but i was cold even though i was sweating.?

It could be colitis most of the time it could be due to infection that causes the inflammation of descending colon condition can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg twice in day for 7 days along with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg for seven days, condition cold be self limiting and for that you could wait for some time before taking any medicines.
