I am always tired but I seem to sleep through the night. I am a 14 year old girl. I weigh about 155 lbs. I wear a size HH bra. All of my joints pop in and out of place and they always hurt. I am always aching. Especially my hips, lower back, shoulders, neck, and ankles. I have sharp pain in my right foot on the top outside part of the foot. When I run, my breathing gets really loud and my throat feels like it s closing up. I get pretty frequent headaches and my eyes are very sensitive to light. My mom is a nutritionist, so I eat pretty healthy. Don t eat out that often. I play volleyball and we run a mile each day and lift weights after. My mom works at a gym, so I know how to lift the weights correctly. I don t feel good and energized after workouts like everyone else does. Please help.
