I have a sharp pain in the back of my throat when I move. It is a slight pain when I am sitting still and when I get up from a sitting position it is very intense. No fever or problem with eating or drinking. When I take a deep breath, I can also feel it.
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having some neck muscle strain giving pain while movement at neck. Take NSAID with muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days. Apply muscle relaxant cream on the part. As there is no fever, throat pain while swelling rule out throat infection. Ok and take care.
