What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen During Intercourse Post Vacuum Abortion?

hi, i had a medical vacuum abortion a month ago today. i had sex about a week ago and while penetration was going on i began to feel a sharp pain in my abdomen, which caused us to stop. three days ago we tried again and it began to hurt again in the abdomen. it hurt even more to the point that when we stopped, i was keeled over in pain for about 40 minutes. the pain was shooting through my abdomen, and almost felt as if it was down my pelvic area and near my butt. i am now experiencing white discharge from my vagina and it has a strange odor. what do you think is wrong?

I have read the description and understand your concern.
Pain in the abdomen while having intercourse and discharge per vagina along with strange odour after an episode of vacuum induced abortion appears that you could have contacted with pelvic infection.
Kindly consult Gynecologist and get yourself evaluated by means of clinical examination. Also, you may require a pelvic ultrasound scan to know what could be the lesion causing such symptoms. Then, it can be treated accordingly.
