What Causes Sharp Pain Behind The Head In A Hypertensive Person?

blood pressure meds not working. recently diagnoses with hi bp.suffered fromfatigue since I was a teen .now 46.last couple years not much fatigue.lose my balance several times a year. occasionaly I have a really sharp pain in the back of my head on the left sside. maybe 3 or 4 times a year. weigh 275.
