hi my name is april..to get to the point im in a lot of pain....Im a little overweight im in my 30s and generally healthy.. I have IBS and I have an extra vertebrae in my lumbar spine...im hurting when I move my right leg...if I take a step I hurt in my groin area on my right side...I work standing up a lot and wear steel toed shoes..i feel it hard to move my right leg sometimes...and when I walk I limp on that side and sometimes that s embarrassing for my age...it sometimes feels like a nerve being pinched because I feel it shoot sharp pain down my leg...sometimes at night I feel the bottom of my right foot tingling...its not normal so I figured I would give you guys a try first...I cant take pain pills because im working with the public a lot and its nonstop...any advice would help....and thank you for your time..
