Sharp, numbing pains on both sides of the back of my neck. The cerebellum area. I am subject to migraines. First pain was felt 2 days ago and a second episode is occurring now. Vomiting occurred the first time. First episode occurred 20 minutes and it was not like any other migraine I have ever had. This second episode is only on my right side now. What is it?
