What Causes Sharp Pain And Heaviness In Chest?

hello.

I have sharp chest pain often in a day and feel haviness in in chest and I get bulgum in cough since a month, I am bit worried please help I am 26 year old I also have gone through Chest X-ray. but X-ray was fine but still have this pain please help

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having cough, expectoration (bulgum) and chest pain. All are seen in lung infection and bronchitis.
Since your chest x ray is normal, no need to worry for lung infection.
Possibility of bronchitis is more.
So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Quit smoking as soon as possible if you are smoker.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
