General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the urinary tract infection, and or urethral stone. Bleeding may be due to rough sex that cause mechanical trauma.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, urine tests, vaginal swab test and USG scan to rule out the above causes.
Doctor will give following advices:
Take warm water sitz bath with added betadine
Tablet septran DS
Tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using vaginal plus wash
Wear pure cotton loose inners.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely.
Hope this may help you
