What Causes Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain While On Infertility Treatment?

I had cyst surgery in 2011 on my left side follopian tube and go rid of the clear fluid. Then in 2012 the doc found out i hav bulky utrus they said (fibroids) n in 2016 feb i got preg with fertility pill clomid and got miscarriage in june (4 months water broke) and we ve been trying since then for 4 months with the same pil increased dossage no help, but i always have really horrible pain during period and also some random normal days on my right lower ab sharp pain wondering what could cause it. I did so many ultra sounds no help.

some amount pain is always present in cycle due to changes in follicular size and uterine lining. sharp pain may be due to spasm of uyerine muscle wich occurs due to hormonal effects and hormonal medication.
