What Causes Sharp Dull Pain Around The Ovaries, Brown Discharge And Nausea?

I Got my last period on December 6 and had unprotected sex ( pull out method) on the 15th. After a day I started to feel pain in my ovary section and a tad nauseous. First it was just my right side but it shifted between left and right. It was a sharp but dull pain. I started to feel pain a little bit more above my ovaries but not above my belly button. Today I am still in pain ( not nauseous) and had a small amount of cottage cheese like brown discharge. I am not constipated , my breasts don t hurt, I do feel a bit more gassy but that s about it. Could I be pregnant , ovarian cyst , appendicitis? I don t know what to do. I don t want to be pregnant /:

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone. This is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after possible conception.
This means that you should be able to get an accurate result by this time.

Pain in the pelvis and abdomen can be due to different possible causes, it is possible that there may be an infection present causing your pain.

It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment to find the cause. This would require physical examination and possibly investigations such as a swab or ultrasound.
