What Causes Shaking Of Legs And Dizziness Post Smoking Withdrawal?

I was wanting to ask about my symptoms that I have been having:
I am a 32 year old male that has smoked for close to 20 years, been quit for 3 weeks. I have noticed that I cant shake a feeling of tiredness or the ability to stand for any periods of time as my legs start shaking. When I walk, even short distances I feel dizzy and walk like I am intoxicated. I have no appetite where I used to be a all you can eat type person. I literally force myself to eat. My head always seems to have a funny sensation, almost like pressure and headaches occur mostly everyday for a month. I have ringing in my ears which has caused insomnia, in which I have been prescribed sleeping pills to get some sleep. I have stomach pain in my left side that has been ongoing and persistant for a month, blood in my stool and have seen the doctor about all this and just got shrugged off. In the last few days Ive noticed red dots showing up...mostly on my chest, arm pits and throat. I've never felt so sick and just want to be taken serious and possibly get some answers. Can you help?
