What Causes Shaking Of Hands & Body?

hello sir ,. my name is vivek , i have a sister named Rohini , 18 , 5feet and 6inches of height ,. for last four months her hands and body are lightly shaking(just like vibrating) ,.this shaking started when she was medicated to paralysis(it was the begining stage and now no symptoms of paralysis) . also she has undergone medication at her age of 16 for stress and depression that occurred because of her studies ., what would be her problem for the hands and body shaking ..?

The tremors need to be a bit worked up on and correlated clinically. there is a paralysis history. anxiety depression can cause that too.also thyroid functions need to be assessed. it is too early to comment on the cause of this tremor. could be basal ganglia , could be hormonal or could be anxiety. need work up and correlation.get some.
