What Causes Shadow Behind The Eye?
my 26 year old daughter has been suffering with migraine for the past 3 weeks she visited her doctor who told her she had a shadow behind her eye and sent her to our local hospital for blood test but would not give her any information on what this could be

It seems from the history that your daughter is having migraine. Migraine is a type of primary headache and it is usually associated with visual black outs or shadows as a part of prodromal symptom. This will decrease with treatment for migraine.
Migraine will not show any shadow or any type of anatomical lesion and all investigations like CT scan will be normal here.
