What Causes Severe Vomiting And Acidity Symptoms During 9th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, my wife is 9th week pregnant and it was the first pregnancy. She was facing severe vomiting daily thrice to four times having heavy acidity symptoms with minor headache. My doctor prescribed Doxinate and Vomikind MD 4 tablets, suggested to consume twice a day. I found that both will be used for controlling vomiting. Could you please clarify me whether to take both of them or not.

I really appreciate your concern, ideally and as a matter of fact all the medicines need to be avoided in pregnancy if the vomiting is not severe then it will be fine on its own, she needs to bear it, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
