Hello, Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thanks for sharing your concern . Vaginal pain during or after sex is clear indication to consult with Your healthcare providers . Main causes of vaginal pain during/after intercourse are related with diverse conditions as follows : 1. vaginal dryness 2.inflammation from STDs 3. vaginitis 4. fibroids 5. endometriosis 6. vaginal spasms because of stress 7. trauma Chlamydia has incubation period of 7 to 14 days so this pain we can not say on 3rd day after incubation that whether it's because of chlamydia or not . I would recommend you to consult with your gynecologist and get pelvic exam done to rule out any problem with genitals , infection or other issue . Treatment depends on the cause of pain , if infection is behind it then antibiotics with antiinflammatory will be prescribed , and if stress is causing then proper counselling will resolve the issue , So get it checked straight away . Best Regards , DR.S.TOMAR
