What Causes Severe Testicular And Back Pain?

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years and presently living with wife and two children in Saudi. Two days back i had sever pain on my both testicles and the related nerves, after some times it has gone, but it has come back again yesterday. Since then I am feeling back pain also. I am having normal sexual life. looking forward for your valuable advise. with best regards, Shyam.

Hi Shyam.
Thanks for your query.

Read and understood your problem.
Male / 42 - had severe pain in both the testicles 2 days back - recurred 1 day ago along with back pain - has normal sexual life.

The most probable cause can be Bilateral epididymo-orchitis or torsion or Sensory nerve affection due to back problem like disc or so.

I would advise you the following:
-Clinical evaluation and physical examination by Urologist
-Ultrasonography and color doppler examination
-Test of blood, urine and stool.

Further treatment as per the findings.
Till then give scrotal support.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
