What Causes Severe Swelling And Bruise On Hip After A Injury?

I just fell on my hip hard on tile floor. I can walk on it, but I have a major limp. I have to walk on my toes because it pulls my leg muscles or something, near the injury. I am worried it might be a fracture because I have severe swelling on the hip area and bruising. What should I do?

Dear friend,sorry that you had a fall on floor.carefully going through your signs and symptoms after fall I think there is a high chance that you have fractured your hip.so please go for a X-Ray of that region to know whether you have a fracture or not.
