What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Dizziness And Vomiting?

I woke up last night with immense pain from my stomach. And I got up went to the toilet and was in a dizzy state and felt like fainting. I also broke out in cold sweat at the same time and felt like vomiting and passing out from my rear. I excreted a bit and continue sitting down for another 5 minutes before the pain subsided before I went back to bed. This was the second time such an incident happened. Please advise.

Noted the history about waking up at night due to immense pain in stomach, went to the toilet but felt dizzy, fainting, cold sweat, sat for 5 minutes, felt like vomiting and passing out from the rear. This was the second time to have such an attack.
My thoughts:
This can be a vaso-vagal shock that you recovered with. Also can be a condition called a Syncope.
Third possibility is having an intestinal infection with toxemia causing the symptoms.
I would advise you in such a situation:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination, investigations as asked for and get a proper prescription based medication to get a complete cure.
