What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

Hello, i am a 30 year old woman. no medical concerns that require medication or treatment (that i am aware of) For the past 3 days i have been suffering from severe stomache pain and diarrhea. within 60 minutes after i eat anything, be it fruit, sandwhiches, meat, vegetables, cereal, etc. you name it. 60 minutes afterwards i am on the toilet for roughly 30 - 40 minutes with intense painful diarrhea, and before that severe stomache pain, afterwards i have stomache pain as well. i am scared to eat anything... what could this be?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have to do your stool examination investigation for presence of pus cell, bacteria or Parasitic eggs etc...
You have acute gastroenteritis...

You might need oson o like broad spectrum combination antibiotic containing ofloxacin plus ornidazole...

Avoid smoking and excess tea, coffee

Stress should be avoided..

Pantoprazole tablet also to be given

Probiotic tablet will be beneficial for replenish lost flora

If parasites present in stool than albendazole treatment might needed for that

If no improvement than USG like investigation done

Take care

Consult physician for examination
