What Causes Severe Stabbing Ear Pain For Months And Suggest Treatment?

I have had severe stabbing ear pain for the past 5 months off & on. I used Auraglan Olive Oil & heating pad to get relief I saw my primary care Doctor & he said he saw nothing.That was 4 wks. ago ......It was so severe last night it kept me up.All I do is hold my ear,I don t know what else I can do

Hi.
Read and understood that you have a severe and persistent pain without any other symptoms or signs as seen by your Primary Care Doctor.
Hence the pain may be due to Trigeminal Neuralgia / Impacted molar.
Consult an ENT for clinical evaluation and get started on appropriate medicines for the diagnosed pain.
If required He will send you to the Dentist or a Neurologist if required.
