General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of mid back spasm and abdominal cramp following a rigorous exercise I am suggesting that you have started developing involuntary muscle stiffness due to your exercise
In view of this please see a physiotherapist for further clinical assessment and adequate Councelling
Meanwhile please minimize your exercise habit to reduce the symptoms of the spasms and the cramp
I hope this helps
