What Causes Severe Shoulder And Elbow Pain?

Ferritin repeatedly presenting at approx 230 nested negative for chromatosis. I am too heavy at 14 stone . I have aching shoulders and more so elbow area he d to hold anything or lift arms ver high. I also had a very sore calf last week and next day the pain subsided and left a huge bruise on my right leg. I currently have a uti on antibiotics. Need to make another appointment said to discuss massively painful arm joints. Please help,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe shoulder and elbow pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like tendinitis , carpal tunnel and tennis elbow , nerve compression or heart problem like angina . It can also occur due to side effects of certain medicine . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , complete blood profile along with troponin t test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe isosorbide nitrate , aspirin , sedative along with beta blockers . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon in case of bone muscle problem like cervical spondylosis . For now stay calm , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest.
