What Causes Severe Pain While Chewing?

I have been having quite severe pain when and after chewing. My gums above outside and inside
are extremely sensitive especially after eating in the area where food gets trapped. I don't want to
eat hard or chewy foods anymore especially on my right side of my mouth. New crowns have been
placed in that area and I wonder if they are too tight or is it specific to my gums? Please advise.
Thankyou.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain in the gums while chewing is because of the gum infection secondary to the deposits. The deposits will become hard and form calculus and this will dissolve the bone and create gap between the teeth which again result in food accumulation. So consult a oral physician and get scaling done. In place of the replaced crown the deposits can be because of the improper crown. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
