Thank you Doctor. Im having servere throat pain generally on the left side. There is a bulge inside my throat coupled with ear pain with seemingly a bulging eardrum (left ear) and has been constant for a about two 1/2weeks and doesnt appear to be gting better. Im not experiencing a fever but am having lightheaded spells and increased anxiety and rapid heart rate. Could it be a thyroid gland? Perhaps throat cancer because i smoke?
