What Causes Severe Pain In The Stomach?

Hi Doc. I have pain in my stomach since laat night its like i was punched in my upper abdomen. I thought it was acid because last night I was throwing up bubbles and water. I took medicine for acid and thought when i woke it will go away but until this hour i can feel the pain. Like i was being punched repeatedly. I couldnt walk straight. Couldn t breathe normally because when i do, the pain increases. I was planning to go to the doctor ans check but I have my period now and was thinking they cant chech me until my period is over. (Dont know if it make any sense) The pain is in the upper abdomen so i dont think that the pain is caused by my period. I hope you can help me. Thank you.
